Digital Communications Agency Tobias & Tobias are offering a great opportunity for a talented designer, who shares our passion for digital communication. We're looking for a creative, skilled, and highly motivated person to work in our Hammersmith office with our creative and technical teams. You will be working closely with the agencies partners and will be expected to contribute to the strategic/conceptual process and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have 5+ years agency experience and a diverse portfolio of work. We are looking for an ambitious person who will look to build on and evolve the design direction of our agency with us. You should be a confident communicator who enjoys championing design excellence within project teams and with our clients. An ability to bring great conceptual skills to a wide range of design briefs using a range of media is essential. You will also need to have a strong background in information design with sensitivity to usability principles. You will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of web technologies, including XHTML, JavaScript, CSS and Flash and have a strong grasp of SEO and W3C/WAI guidelines. You will have exceptional attention to detail, be a flexible team member and have the ability to work to tight deadlines within budget. You will possess excellent design software skills using all industry standard packages.
